Last Saturday, we were in El Paso to deliver a cake to 7 year old Joshua whose one sole passion is SpongeBob. He had requested a Spongebob cake weeks ago but had forgotten all about it. The morning of his birthday arrived and when the cake was displayed, all Joshua could whisper was "SpongeBob". I think he really liked the cake and I felt so honored to have had the opportunity to give this little boy his dream cake.
Cake is dark chocolate with a milk chocolate ganache filling.
